037 - Carole Holiday: Rediscovering Who You Are After Despair

Carole Holiday is as she puts it - an Accidental Author - publishing her first book in her 60s after winning a writing competition that her kids made her sign up for. In her book, I Don't Know Who I Am Anymore, she tells her story of overcoming despair and grief to rediscover who she is.  In this conversation, we talk about her journey which includes everything from 1st grade fights to owning a cooking school to heartbreak to financial loss among much more.  She shares the importance of faith, friends, and food in her life and finding strength in others when you don't have the strength to carry yourself.
