This episode is going to be a little bit different. Andrea Diller is my mom. She has been a yo-yo dieter for over 35 years. Gaining weight then losing it only to gain it back again. But now she has lost over 40lbs in her 60s and has truly taken health into her own hands. Her story is one that I think a lot of people can relate to and will be able to learn from. We also talk about being a teacher for 34 years and what that was like, and travel/being out in nature.
